How a Customer, Client, or Buyer Get The Refund as Following The Policies.

For Specific Graphics Design Orders:

What’s your refund policy?

We will help you get your quality design according to your instructions with support images. We will provide an appropriate review option in our packages. So you will not face any design quality that you can claim a refund on this purpose. You can still apply for a 100% refund for up to 180 days.

You can claim the refund

-when you can prove that our design is a copy.
– When we cannot present the first design within your package period.

You are unable to claim the refund.

– if you want to change your mind not to take the design or you feel that you don’t need the design anymore
– if you don’t take a single step or send feedback but don’t make your design final and get it in the package time, within 30 days after ordering, it will automatically take as a “proof design.”
– if you want to have extra review/edition/any changes in your design after 14 days, then we need an additional charge
– if you don’t receive your design in time, then after 90 days, it will automatically turn into the done mode, and if you need any changes in that time, you have to place a new order for this.
